Based on these conditions, we approve the return or replacement:
- Wrong Design or Color of Curtains Delivered
- Damage During Shipping
- Any Manufacturing Defect or Any Stitching Problem
- Not Accurate Size According to Confirm Order Details
- Loss of Accessory or Any Other Hardware
In these cases, we accept the returns; you have to provide real photos and short videos. Due to this, we will know the problem properly, and we will provide the solution to your problem in a fast way.
Most of our blackout curtains are custom-made to fit window sizes, materials, and customers’ preferences. Custom orders typically cannot be returned once the curtains are made, because these are made for a specific place, which is why their return is not acceptable.
If there is a known manufacturing, stitching fault, service side sizing problem, or damaged material, it will always be considered carefully to offer a fair solution.
You must first submit the return appeal before installing the blackout window curtains.
This helps identify:
- Incorrect dimensions
- Fabric defects
- Color mismatches
- Any missing accessories
After delivery, when curtains are altered, washed, or damaged, they may not be eligible for the standard return unless it is determined that it is a manufacturing defect.
We have made our returns and refunds process extremely simple. But for that, you will have to follow the process and provide these things:

- Include photos or videos to support if necessary
- Hold for inspection or approval
- Follow the Return, Replace, or Correct instructions from support

Not all problems need to be solved with a full return. It depends on the condition of the curtains. Solutions may include:
- Fabric replacement
- Adjusting the size or making corrections to curtains
- Damage to panels is replaced.
- The replacement of hardware or accessories.
- In approved cases, full replacement.

Refunds are considered after reviewing the conditions of the curtains, customizations, and the return request reason.
Normally, approved refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original payment. Processing times may differ depending on the payment provider/ bank in question.
Shipping costs are paid by both the customer and us, but according to these conditions:
- If the delivery is incorrect or damaged, it may be eligible for a covered replacement or shipping expenses.
- Customer-paid transportation may be necessary for preference-based returns.
- Some special order preparation fees may not be refunded.
All cases are fairly considered before final decisions are taken.
What are non-refundable situations?
In these cases, we don’t accept the return:
- Installed, cleaned, or replaced curtains
- Damage that happens after delivery.
- Measurements that are not correct as a result of the order confirmation.
- Minor color variations due to lighting and screen settings
- The decision to change your mind once production has started.
